  • Randy West

    FOUNDER

    A graduate of Limestone College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, he spent the early part of his career in various areas of business until he found his niche in the construction field of waterproofing and restoration, founding Watertight Systems, Inc. in 1996. He is very active in the Waterproofing Contractors Association of the Carolinas, where he has served as a Board Member, Vice President, and President. In 2001, he was named Waterproofer of the Year. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

  • Robin Kirby

    OPERATIONS

    Robin has been with the company since 2008. She brings over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry in several capacities that include estimating, project management and construction accounting. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and enjoys working “hands on” with Habitat for Humanity. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, boating and travel.

    Cindi Federspiel

    PROJECT ASSISTANT

    Cindi joined Watertight Systems in 2021, bringing with her to our team 20 years’ experience in waterproofing, including her skills in administration and marketing.

    As a project management assistant, her job is to help coordinate project tasks, schedules, contracts and client satisfaction to ensure the success of project deliveries.

    In her personal time, Cindi enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and volunteering.

  • Mark West

    PROJECT MANAGER

    As project manager, Mark’s objective is to run each job effectively and efficiently, recognizing that activity does not necessarily mean achievement. A graduate in Management and Marketing from Lander University, Mark is also certified in deck coating installation, expansion joint installation, shotcrete (ASA certifies nozzleman), concrete repair and masonry preservation. He loves working at Watertight because “it has a great working environment with the best people.” Away from work he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, offshore fishing.

  • Ossie Coronado

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Ossie Coronado originally came to the United States as a professional baseball player from the Dominican Republic. He joined Watertight Systems, Inc. team in 2001.

    Now a 22 year veteran with Watertight, Ossie has worked his way up through the company, starting in the field and now is one of our Project Managers. He handles a wide range of various projects, from new construction to restoration.

    He is certified in all aspects of rigging, suspended scaffolding, ABAA certified and CPR. In his free time, Ossie enjoys watching baseball, football, and movies at home with his wife and children.

  • Hector Mireles

    PROJECT MANAGER

    A nearly 20 year veteran of Watertight Systems, Hector serves as Foreman. In his role, he is responsible for supervising and working on projects to ensure safety, excellent and timely product application. Along with his certificates in CPR and as Sky Climber Operator, Hector is also certified in Excavation Safety for Competent Persons (OSHA 29CFR 1926 subpart P). In Hector’s words, “I like working at Watertight Systems because I’ve had a lot of opportunities to grow professionally while meeting new people. I also enjoy it because I have a great boss. Overall, I love what I do and I’m able to do it every day.” Besides work, his favorite activities are cooking and spending time with his wife and children along with swimming and running.

  • Steve Harvey

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Steve Harvey started in the field with Watertight Systems at its inception in 1996. Throughout his many years of service, he has proven himself to be a dedicated employee with attention to quality work and customer service.

    He now directs those same skills as one of our Project Managers. He is certified in mountain grout injections and directs crews on projects throughout the Southeast. When not at work he enjoys hunting and fishing.

  • Taylor Dooley

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Taylor has worked in construction in some way or another for almost 10 years, predominantly as a welder or in industrial maintenance.

    He has been with Watertight Systems since late 2021. He considers himself highly motivated to give our clients the utmost quality on every project we do for them.

    Taylor enjoys hunting, fishing and traveling with his wife.

  • Justin Zimmerman

    SHOP FOREMAN

    Justin has been our Shop Foreman since March 2020. As a valuable member of our team, he is responsible for making sure all equipment is maintained properly and safety inspections of equipment and tools.

    He also picks up and delivers materials to jobsites.

    Justin has been involved in the construction industry at some capacity the majority of his life and prides himself on being very versatile and a problem solver.

    In his spare time he enjoys games, projects and traveling.

  • Tad Abrams

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / ESTIMATING

    With a 31-year background in the construction industry, Tad joined Watertight Systems in January 2023. Throughout his career, Tad has worked on projects with clients either with a firm as sole provider of roofing and waterproofing consulting services or with the same firm in collaboration with engineers, architects and design professionals as a project team member; and recently as vendor representative supplying materials and labor on renovation and upfit projects. Drawing on his foundation of knowledge, hands on experience, leadership and collaboration with other professionals, Tad’s goal on every project is to provide a successful outcome and to complete on time, within budget and exceed client expectations.

    Tad enjoys serving the community service including past board member of Columbia Green, various committees of SC Chapter of the American Red Cross and other local organizations.

    Tad is an avid reader, enjoys hiking and fitness activities.

  • Pat Lauro

    Pat’s current role in consulting has been reinforced by his over 48 years in

    the waterproofing and restoration business. Pat attended NC State University,

    where his career began as a summer job. He has held every position in the industry,

    from laborer to president of a Restoration Division. He is a longtime member and

    past president of WCA and an 18-year member of ICRI. He is married with 2 children

    and 1 grandchild. In his free time, Pat enjoys boating and the outdoors.
